This is a whole-spice garam masala, not a pre-ground powder. The lot contains green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon bark, cloves, black pepper, nutmeg and mace, cleaned and packed so the buyer can grind to order. Moisture is held to 10%. We also pack the wider Indian spice range — turmeric, chilli, cumin and coriander — as separate SKUs when you need them alongside the masala.
