Kabuli chickpeas graded on an 8 mm sieve. Kernels are creamy white, with moisture at 12% maximum, foreign matter at 0.5% maximum and damaged grains at 2% maximum. Origin is Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. The photograph is the raw dry kabuli grade, not the smaller green desi chana. Packed in 25 kg or 50 kg bags.
